How long does it take to complete a picture frame order?
The time it takes to complete a picture frame order depends on the complexity of the frame and the current demand for our services. On average, it takes about 5-10 working days to create the job but a total of 12 – 15 days to ship and deliver to the designated address
Do you offer conservation framing services?
Yes, we offer conservation picture framing services to preserve your artwork for years to come. This includes using archival materials, UV-resistant glazing, acid-free tape and other techniques to ensure your artwork stays in excellent condition.
What if I don't like my artwork when received?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on artwork due to the high transportation costs.
